I know this looks like a bunch of 1x4s on brackets but it is actually recycled Ikea bed slats (Which apparently sell or 10 dollars a pack) and Ikea wall brackets (2/$1 definitely not a CDN price). Love a good reuse in the morning.
Check out this absolutely gorgeous handmade ceramic mug and matching journal. Seriously. This officially topped my Christmas wishlist. You have to check out the rest of her shop. Extremely well priced gorgeous handmade items. From yarn bowls and mugs to jewelry and decorative pieces for the home. I wish I could buy the entire shop.
I love this little bobbin holder. Ever notice all the gorgeous wooden yard stick crafts? Now a wooden French curve and I still haven’t found a vintage wooden yardstick. But I digress. Check out the simple how to at Bored & Crafty.
This art cart is really quite wonderful. It comes with not only place for everything but a removable-take-to-the-table-with-you sort of storage, and by everything I mean those giant-pieces-of-paper-that-children-need-to-paint-on-but-we-can-never-find-suitable-places-to-store -them everything.
The cart is a bit dear at $545.00 so this Geek won’t be acquiring one any time soon but a Momma can dream can’t she?
How gorgeous is this shelf? I mean seriously. Seriously! According to the description, the one pictured has been sold but the artist can custom make you one. For more amazing recycled pieces of art visit the rest of Matt Johnson’s Etsy Shop. Serious coveting going on right now.
