(via Eat.Live.Shop.) I have three vintage suitcases very similar to these. None are leather, not even pleather but a paper knock off that is going from ok condition to crappy condition soon. Could I justify painting them like this? I really love how paint unifies them. (I would never dream of painting leather suitcases in good shape.) ETA - One is dark blue (really nothing special), one is a nice taupe with burgundy accents and the last is a burgundy faux snakeskin. No nifty travel labels or stickers.
