DIY Snug Mug Spoon Wall Rack by Patricia Heal via Readymade.com
You might have to look at this a second time to grasp the brilliance of it. (OK that was just me?) Anyway! This is amazing. The simplicity of the project added to the recycled spoons is the perfect mix. Would you have thought to stick some spoons and a some tubing to hang your mugs? Bonus points if you make it so that can use the spoons to stir the coffee.
Clicking the link or photo takes you to the written instructions with video.

Two years later, I still love this idea. If only our new place had enough wall space. Sigh

Make a gorgeous mug bag from this free pattern from Red Brolly. What a great way to bring your mug and tea to work or to wrap up a gift for your friend or mom.
**LINKS FIXED** The new Tumblr format threw me for a loop.

I’m holding my coffee like that right now so it is imperative I get one of these awesome mugs! *hint hint, nudge nudge*
Edit: Thanks to a reader ( srriot) I know what they are called and was able to find them on Amazon. Buddha Bowls retail for 25.00 each and are available in a multitude of colours.

I love the smell of a good pile of books in the morning.

Kupu Coffee Scoop & Bag Sealer

carlmhbarenbrug:

I have immediately wish-listed the Kupu Coffee Scoop, which has been designed by Teemu Karhunen. Hand-crafted and made from birch plywood, its functionality extends to become a bag sealer to maintain the freshness of the coffee. Maintenance is simple by just wiping the Kupu scoop with a damp cloth once in a while and drying immediately.

I am not sure how much of my coffee addiction I have shared with my Tumblr readers but it is beyond intervention. So when I saw this wonderfully designed wooden coffee scoop I knew it was a match made in heaven, after all coffee + storage = true love right?
