DIY Snug Mug Spoon Wall Rack by Patricia Heal via Readymade.com
You might have to look at this a second time to grasp the brilliance of it. (OK that was just me?) Anyway! This is amazing. The simplicity of the project added to the recycled spoons is the perfect mix. Would you have thought to stick some spoons and a some tubing to hang your mugs? Bonus points if you make it so that can use the spoons to stir the coffee.
Clicking the link or photo takes you to the written instructions with video.

Two years later, I still love this idea. If only our new place had enough wall space. Sigh

Repurposed Etched Glass Spice Jars : Instructables
My spice rack is a mix and match of vintage and new(ish) mason jars and some random recycled jars. So naturally I love these repurposed Starbucks bottles. Tall and slim and yet bigger than those useless little store bought rack jars.

Tension rod cupboard organizers. Is there nothing these little pieces of springs and metal cannot do? I am a sucker for anything DIY and customizable and thanks to Martha Stewart this little project is both.

Repurpose a CD rack into a tupperware lid organizer! Brilliant tip from those clever folks at Better Homes & Gardens.

I have always liked vintage spice racks but never really knew what to do with them as my spice collection has always been much too large for one. I adore the way these are painted and grouped.  This would work in just about any room in the house. Now I can buy the next few shelves I see at the thrift shop as I already know where they’ll go!
